1.General Information & Scope of Services

LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics provides non-surgical cosmetic, laser and aesthetic services, including but not limited to laser skin treatments, energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation procedures and appearance-based treatments.

• Results vary between individuals
• No outcome is guaranteed
• All treatments are elective and cosmetic in nature, unless otherwise stated

2.Consultations & Suitability

• All clients complete a consultation and medical history before treatment
• Suitability is determined by the treating practitioner, based on clinical judgement
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any stage if it's deemed unsuitable or unsafe

3.Pricing, Payments & Deposits

• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Prices may change without notice
• Promotional or discounted pricing is strictly time-limited and subject to availability

4.No-Refund Policy (Change of Mind & Pre-Purchased Services)

Change of mind

• Deciding not to proceed after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with results where treatment was delivered appropriately
• Personal circumstances, travel or scheduling issues
• Failure to attend or complete a course of treatment

Pre-purchased packages

All pre-purchased treatment packages:

• Are non-refundable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another person
• Must be used within the stated validity period

Unused sessions are forfeited if not completed within the allocated timeframe.

Discounted, promotional & sale packages

All discounted, promotional, flash-sale, bundle or limited-time offers are:

• Final sale
• Non-refundable under all circumstances
• Not eligible for partial refunds, credit conversions or downgrades

This includes, but isn't limited to, flash sales, group deals, seasonal offers, and clearance or bonus inclusions.

5.Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds, replacements or remedies will only be considered where:

• There is a major failure, as defined under the ACL
• The service was not delivered with due care and skill

6.Treatment Results & Expectations

• Results vary based on skin type, condition, age, lifestyle and compliance
• Multiple sessions are often required for optimal outcomes
• Pigment may darken before it lightens
• Some conditions — for example melasma or hormonal pigmentation — may require ongoing maintenance

7.Risks, Side Effects & Downtime

Clients acknowledge that cosmetic and laser treatments may involve:

• Redness, swelling or bruising
• Temporary pigmentation changes
• Dryness, peeling or sensitivity
• Rare but possible adverse reactions

All risks are explained during your consultation, and consent is required before treatment begins.

8.Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Disclose their full medical history, medications and skin conditions
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions
• Tell staff about any changes to their health or medications

Failure to disclose relevant information releases LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics from liability.

9.Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• A minimum notice period applies to cancellations or rescheduling
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or a forfeited appointment
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit, or forfeiture of a session from a package

10.Expiry of Packages & Vouchers

• All packages and vouchers have a strict expiry date
• Extensions aren't guaranteed, and are at management's discretion only
• Expired packages or vouchers are forfeited, with no refund or credit

11.Transferability

Treatments, packages, memberships and promotions are non-transferable. They can't be shared, gifted, sold or reassigned to someone else.

12.Practitioner Allocation

Practitioner requests aren't guaranteed — treatment may be delivered by any of our qualified staff within their scope of practice. We don't provide refunds due to practitioner preference.

13.Photography & Documentation

• Clinical photos may be taken for medical records and progress tracking
• Consent for marketing use is optional, and always separate
• Images are stored securely, in line with privacy law

14.Privacy & Confidentiality

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your personal and medical information is handled confidentially and securely — see our Privacy Policy for full detail.

15.Behaviour & Conduct

Abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service, without refund, in such cases.

16.Amendments & Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms apply to future bookings and purchases. The most current version is always available on this page.

17.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth law.
