Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, treatments, consultations, packages, memberships, gift vouchers, promotions, and products provided by LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics (“LLC”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking, purchasing, or attending an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information & Scope of Services

  • LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics provides non-surgical cosmetic, laser, and aesthetic services, including but not limited to laser skin treatments, energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation procedures, and appearance-based treatments.

    • Results vary between individuals
    • No outcome is guaranteed
    • All treatments are elective and cosmetic in nature unless otherwise stated

2. Consultations & Suitability

  • All clients must complete a consultation and medical history prior to treatment
    • Suitability is determined by the treating practitioner based on clinical judgement
    • LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any stage if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe

3. Pricing, Payments & Deposits

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure bookings
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Promotional or discounted pricing is strictly time-limited and subject to availability

4. NO REFUND POLICY (Change of Mind & Pre-Purchased Services)

4.1 Change of Mind

  • LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics has a strict no refund policy for change of mind, including but not limited to:
  • Deciding not to proceed after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with results where treatment was delivered appropriately
  • Personal circumstances, travel, or scheduling issues
  • Failure to attend or complete a treatment course

4.2 Pre-Purchased Packages

  • All pre-purchased treatment packages:
  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be transferred to another person
  • Must be used within the stated validity period

Unused sessions are forfeited if not completed within the allocated timeframe.

4.3 Discounted, Promotional & Sale Packages

  • All discounted, promotional, flash sale, bundle, or limited-time offers are:
  • Final sale
  • Non-refundable under all circumstances
  • Not eligible for partial refunds, credit conversions, or downgrades

This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Flash sales
    • Group deals
    • Seasonal offers
    • Clearance or bonus inclusions

5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    Refunds, replacements, or remedies will only be considered if:

    • There is a major failure as defined under ACL
    • The service was not delivered with due care and skill

    Cosmetic dissatisfaction, lack of perceived results, or slower-than-expected progress does not constitute a failure under ACL.

6. Treatment Results & Expectations

  • Results vary based on skin type, condition, age, lifestyle, and compliance
    • Multiple sessions are often required for optimal outcomes
    • Pigment may darken before lightening
    • Some conditions (e.g. melasma, hormonal pigmentation) may require ongoing maintenance

7. Risks, Side Effects & Downtime

  • Clients acknowledge that cosmetic and laser treatments may involve:

    • Redness, swelling, bruising
    • Temporary pigmentation changes
    • Dryness, peeling, or sensitivity
    • Rare but possible adverse reactions

    All risks are explained during consultation and consent is required prior to treatment.

8. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must:

    • Disclose full medical history, medications, and skin conditions
    • Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions
    • Inform staff of any changes to health or medications

    Failure to disclose relevant information releases LLC from liability.

9. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • A minimum notice period applies for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or forfeited appointments
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in:
    • Loss of deposit
    • Session forfeiture from a package

10. Expiry of Packages & Vouchers

  • All packages and vouchers have a strict expiry date
  • Extensions are not guaranteed and are at management discretion only
  • Expired packages or vouchers are forfeited with no refund or credit

11. Transferability

  • Treatments, packages, memberships, and promotions are non-transferable
  • Cannot be shared, gifted, sold, or reassigned

12. Practitioner Allocation

  • Practitioner requests are not guaranteed
  • Treatments may be delivered by different qualified staff within scope
  • No refunds are provided due to practitioner preference

13. Photography & Documentation

  • Clinical photos may be taken for medical records and progress tracking
  • Consent for marketing use is optional and separate
  • Images are stored securely in accordance with privacy laws

14. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • LLC complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
    Personal and medical information is handled confidentially and securely.

15. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated.
    LLC reserves the right to refuse service without refund in such cases.

16. Amendments & Updates

  • LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics reserves the right to:

    • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time
    • Apply updated terms to future bookings and purchases

    The most current version will always be available on our website.

17. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable federal laws.

  • By booking or purchasing with LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics, you confirm that you:

    • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
    • Accept the no refund policy for change of mind, packages, and discounted services
    • Consent to treatment under these conditions
